Oregon Raspberry & Blackberry Recipes
Berry Frosty
SERVES 4
INGREDIENTS
2 cups Oregon raspberries or blackberries, fresh or frozen
1 1/2 cups vanilla ice cream or frozen yogurt
3 Tablespoons sugar
Juice of one lemon
Gingerale or lemon-lime soda
Whole berries for garnish
Thinly sliced lemon wheels for garnish (optional)
DIRECTIONS:
Combine first four ingredients in blender and process until smooth.
(If frozen berries are used, partially thaw before blending.) Pour into
4 glasses and slowly add soda to fill each glass. Garnish with 2-3
berries and lemon wheel, if desired.
