Blackberry Syrup
INGREDIENTS
2 cups blackberry juice (from approximately 1-1/2 quarts blackberries
2 cups sugar
2 cups white corn syrup
DIRECTIONS:
Measure juice into 6 or 8-quart pot. Heat juice to boiling; add
sugar, stirring until dissolved. Add corn syrup, heat to boiling, and
simmer about five minutes. Pour into hot, sterilized jars. Seal
lids with screw bands. Place in boiling water bath 10 minutes.
