Oregon Raspberry Sauce

Raspberry Puree works well for so many desserts and main dishes. Make a slurry of lemon juice, cornstarch, and Oregon Raspberries.

Ingredients Preparation
Sauce

  • 1 lb raspberry puree
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 1½ Tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons cornstarch<
Sauce Steps

  1. Cook puree and sugar to 160 degrees.
  2. Make a slurry with lemon juice and cornstarch.
  3. Add to raspberries puree and cook for 3 more min, or until cornstarch is completely cooked.
