Get acquainted with coconut milk by blending it with nutritious raspberries!

Be sure to buy the beverage style coconut milk in a carton, not a can. If raspberry seeds are a concern, strain this smoothie through a fine-mesh sieve after blending.

Ingredients Preparation

  • 1 cup frozen raspberries, plus more for serving
  • ¾ cup unsweetened coconut non-dairy beverage
  • 2 teaspoons honey
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Toasted unsweetened coconut, optional
Smoothie Steps

  1. In a blender, puree berries, milk, honey, and vanilla until very smooth.
  2. Top with extra berries and toasted coconut, if desired.
