Smoothie

  • 1 cup of frozen blackberries
  • 1 medium or large frozen banana broken into pieces
  • 1 cup of coconut milk (not condensed) or soymilk
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ tsp of finely grated fresh ginger
  • ½ cup of torn up fresh basil leaves

  1. Combine all the ingredients at once and blend until smooth and creamy.
