Baked Feta with Honey, Blackberry and Mint
8 ounce block feta
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
2 tablespoons raw honey
1 cup fresh or thawed frozen blackberries
2 tablespoons mint leaves
Preheat oven to 400℉. Lightly oil a small baking dish.
Place feta in baking dish, drizzle with oil and honey, and top with blackberries. Bake 15-20 minutes. Garnish with mint and serve warm with crackers.
